- The
goods and services carried out by Green-Craft are handmade, bespoke and
as such the amount of time that it takes to carry them out is variable,
but we will endeavour to carry them out within 2 weeks of receipt of
the consumers order or within an agreed period with the consumer.
- The
consumer will be sent confirmation of an order within 24 hrs under
normal circumstances, this may not happen in the event of illness or
holiday, but the consumer will receive confirmation of an order at the
earliest possible time.
- The
consumer has the right to cancel within seven working days for most
goods and services. A refund will be given less the costs incurred by
Green-Craft during this time.
- By
confirming a payment by PayPal the consumer will be entering into a
legally binding contract with Green-Craft for goods and services.
- Items
sent by post by Green-Craft will be sent by Royal Mail either by
recorded delivery or by royal mail special delivery, this is dependant
on the cost of the item and is for insurance purposes.
- If
an item is unavailable Green-Craft will contact you to arrange a
suitable replacement item or a refund.
- All
complaints are to be directed to us at info@greencraft.me.uk
and we will endeavour to resolve any issues within 24 hrs of the
complaint.
- In
the event that you wish to return goods to us please send an e-mail to
us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The e-mail address to send to
is info@greencraft.me.uk
and we will give you the relevant address to send it to (there are two
of us and we live in different parts of the country).
- Green-Craft
operate within the United Kingdom and as such are bound by UK Laws.
- Consumer
data will only be used by Green-Craft to communicate with reference to
purchased goods or services supplied by Green-Craft.
- All
prices are subject to change. If the price of any item should change
Green-Craft will contact the customer via e-mail to inform them of the
change and confirm the order.
